Become is a coaching firm for businesses, specializing in advising and supporting transformations and driving collective performance. Virginie Saint-Léger, co-founder of Become and a certified coach, combines her expertise in individual and team coaching with Médiane’s event management know-how to offer an innovative solution perfectly tailored to the needs of companies and market trends.
Her mission : To design and facilitate collective sessions that engage employees, help them work on their business and relational processes, and empower them to become active participants in their company’s performance.
La Résidence Baragnon consists of private, flexible spaces, fully equipped, and a dynamic, eclectic Social Club open to all. It is a place to gather, imagine, and bring future projects to life together.

Founded 33 years ago by Gérald, Médiane quickly became a benchmark in event organization. Visionary and passionate, he built a company that matched his ambitions. In 1991, he laid the first stone of what would become much more than an event agency: a human adventure, a signature of excellence, a passion.
Today, his son, Paul-Vincent, naturally takes over and injects new momentum into the group. But here, we’re not talking about succession, but rather about transmission and sharing – sharing know-how, vision, and a common energy to make Médiane shine even brighter.
Paul-Vincent has anticipated market changes by co-founding Become and La Résidence Baragnon, further enriching the agency’s offerings. Médiane Group was born, marking the beginning of a beautiful collective adventure, filled with new ambitions and future success. Together, father and son combine experience and innovation, ensuring continuity of the founding values while writing a new chapter in Médiane’s history.
